Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a Ruabon-based manufacturing company in their search for a Junior Engineer For the successful Junior Engineer, our client is offering: £25,220 per annum Day position - Monday to Thursday 8.00 am to 17.15 pm - Friday 4.15 pm Permanent contract Every second Friday nonworking Development opportunities within the company Enhanced employer pension contributions Subsidised health benefit scheme Reduction in gym membership Opportunity to participate in local community projects The role - Junior Engineer: Provide first-line response by troubleshooting breakdowns on equipment and jigs to improve productivity Responsible for adopting lean principles to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and create a culture of continuous improvement Assisting with Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on automation equipment Supporting line layout changes Working to targets What our client is looking for in a Junior Engineer: Educated to GCSE level with the motivation to undertake further education in an engineering qualification - ESSENTIAL Recently completed Engineering related qualifications, ideally Mechanical - HIGHLY DESIRABLE An excellent communicator at all levels with strong interpersonal skills, Computer literate with PC skills in Microsoft Office, focusing on using digital platforms.
