Junior Electrical Engineer – Liverpool Street – £35,000 My client is looking for a Junior Electrical Engineer to be based in a commercial building located in Liverpool Street. The successful candidate will be electrically qualified to City and Guilds or Apprenticeship level.

Key Duties & Responsibilities PPM and Reactive Maintenance Fault Finding Emergency Light Testing Fire Alarm Testing Maintenance within Plant Rooms Maintenance on Plant Pumps Maintenance on Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) Maintain and update Log books Plumbing – Unblocking toilets Pumps, motors Requirements Electrically qualified Have a hard-working attitude Willingness to learn Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates A proven track record in commercial building maintenance Good communication skills Client Facing
