Talent International are looking for a Junior Developer to join Staffordshire Police, where innovation meets technology.
We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior Developer to support our growing business and help us streamline and automate processes.

About the Role: As a Junior Developer, you'll be involved in building, testing, and maintaining RPA solutions to enhance our systems.
This role is ideal for someone who's technically inclined, enjoys solving problems, and is keen to work on the development side rather than business analysis.
You'll work alongside experienced developers and gain valuable hands-on experience.
Digital, Data and Technology are responsible for transforming and supporting all of the force's digital technology needs.
The Transformation team are responsible for overseeing and coordinating all major change or transformation activity across the DDaT department.
This includes project delivery, resource scheduling, testing and portfolio planning.
Responsibilities: Assist in developing, testing, and implementing RPA solutions.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot, document, and optimize existing processes.
Provide technical support to internal stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement.
Experience Required: Developer Experience : 1-2 years in a development role, preferably with exposure to RPA or automation.
Education : Degree in IT, Business, or a related field (graduates with a 1st, 2:1, or 2:2).
Technical Focus : Strong technical aptitude and a desire to work in development, rather than in a business analysis role.

Familiarity with RPA tools is a plus (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
