Responsibilities Plan, execute and support company wide tech projects General tech/desktop support Infrastructure Support (debugging) Managing incidents/tickets Enrol new starters Set up Desktop Environments hardware support PowerShell automation to streamline workflow Qualifications knowledge across windows platform (Linux is a +) Strong troubleshooting skills Proficiency with Powershell Customer support skills Experience with citrix Prior experience in a similar role (preferentially at a financial firm) Productive hard worker, with a great personality!
