*LOCATION* Rivenhall End, Witham, Essex *LOCATION* - access by car only due to location JOB SPECIFICATION / JOB PURPOSE: As a Junior Credit Controller, you will be overseeing the collection of B2B accounts, whilst consistently monitoring debtor balances, ensuring a reduction in debtors.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES: (Main Duties) Take a proactive role in managing and collecting debts of company debtors Be the point of contact for all credit control issues for your ledger Allocate debt collections within the ledger Ensure customers who are in liquidation processes are managed efficiently and to a satisfactory resolution Ensure customer queries are resolved in a prompt and professional manner Work closely with the AR and Accounting team to ensure a collaborative approach and high standards of work at all times Work closely with all departments across the division to resolve issues Provide cover for other members of the credit control team as and when required Keep detailed credit control notes on the system and regularly send customer statements Meet KPI's set by the line manager SKILLS REQUIRED: Preferably has Credit Control experience Customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confidence and persistence Strong IT skills Good numeracy skills Ability to be proactive Perry Ellis Europe's benefits for all staff include: A company pension scheme Generous discounts on all our brands 24 days holiday per year (pro rata) plus 8 days bank holidays 4 days office, 1 day work from home This is a role based in our Rivenhall End, Witham office, with 4 days in the office and one day working from home.
