The role is full-time and hybrid with 3 days per week in our Thames Ditton office, Surrey.

The role As a Junior Creative Designer focused on pharmaceutical and medical communications, you will work closely with the senior creative team to enhance your design skills while contributing to impactful, client-centric projects.
With an emphasis on creativity and continuous learning, you will play a key role in supporting the design of visually compelling materials and campaigns that effectively communicate complex medical information.
You will apply a strong understanding of design principles to produce graphics that are clear, engaging, and visually aligned with project goals and brand standards.
This may include developing: event and educational materials; innovative branding; presentation layouts; digital design and print materials such as congress stands.
You'll be encouraged to refine and expand your skills by collaborating on a variety of ambitious projects that prioritise quality and client satisfaction.
Core duties and responsibilities Working collaboratively with writers, account managers and other creatives to deliver client projects Listening to the requirements of the brief and working towards solutions that will meet and exceed client expectations Contributing to the process of coming up with exciting creative ideas within projects Adhering to client brand guidelines, but finding fresh ways to apply them, when appropriate Creating artwork using industry-standard software and techniques, primarily Adobe Creative Suite Applying foundational elements of design effectively, such as typography, layout and colour Applying an understanding of the correct colour space to use across different types of media Delivering accurate and timely artwork amends Maintaining high quality and consistency of design across all assets You will bring 1-2 years of relevant experience as a graphic designer Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Print and digital design Basic knowledge of MS suites such as PowerPoint Additional skills desirable (e.g.
After Effects, Premier, HTML5, Figma, digital platforms) Please make sure you apply with a link to your portfolio.
