We are looking for a passionate Junior Content Producer to join our small but busy London B2C Marketing Team in a fast-paced and exciting environment.
This job will see you:
Plan content and work on a content schedule which should hit key moments within both the annual marketing calendar and tie in with the schedule of Phantom Peak.
From time-to-time, write story-led emails and website content as part of the wider Phantom Peak marketing strategy exploring both the story of Phantom Peak and Behind the Scenes.
Use a social media scheduling tool such as Later or Sprout Social to schedule posts across key platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter/X alongside other team members.
Use a mixture of data points to inform strategy and planning, including those within Social Media platforms.
You will also need to feed into weekly & monthly reporting.
Use Final Cut, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent to create a mixture of static & video content for Social Media and other digital uses.
This content will need to fit within the guidelines of the Phantom Peak brand.
Be able to follow briefs to develop content for digital adverts or other marketing uses, where required.
Deliver 3-4 pieces of content on each social media platform each week across Phantom Peak's key content pillars.
From time-to-time, work with the Marketing Assistant to respond to social media messages & comments as needed, passing any customer services requests to the Customer Service team.
Help to organise regular photoshoot & content creation days, coordinating with the Cast Lead, Venue Manager, Experience Director, Marketing Assistant and Head of Marketing.
Plan and create at least one piece of 'hero content' every month which may require more significant resources to achieve.
Attend most Phantom Peak shows to aid with content capture for Social Media, Emails, and other content marketing as appropriate.
Source and repost user-generated content which will form the cornerstone of the Phantom Peak strategy.
Sometimes become the face of Phantom Peak through video content in an 'influencer style'.
The ideal candidate will:
Have previously worked within Live Entertainment for 1-2 years.
Have a portfolio of static & video content with great results, particularly on Social Media.
Be a strong storyteller, and able to mould to fit the brand voice.
Be idea & data-driven, ready to test, learn, and implement in a fast-paced environment.
Be confident in front of the camera for creating content.
Be a social media native, adept at knowing key trends and what works, especially on TikTok.
Key skills include:
Proficient in Final Cut Pro or similar tools.
Great attention to detail.
Great communication skills, both in person and for content purposes.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience communicating between departments.
An eye for storytelling and humour which can bring even the most mundane to life.
What we can offer you:
Salary: £28k - £30k (dependent on experience) Flexible Hours: Phantom Peak operates primarily Fri-Sun, offering opportunities for a flexible schedule.

This role is hybrid, but requires consistent filming work from our London venue / office, currently in Canada Water.
This role will require you to attend Phantom Peak shows every week.
This role is 40hrs per week, working across 5 days with flexible hours (usually Wed-Sun).
