Junior Compliance Officer – Payments/FCA/Consumer Duty/AML Salary:  £25,000 - £30,000 Location:  Whitefield, Manchester Employment Type:  Full-time permanent, Monday to Friday The Role: Are you looking to kickstart your career in compliance?
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Compliance Officer to join our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn about payments, FCA regulations, consumer duty, and AML.
You will work closely with experienced professionals and receive mentorship to develop your skills in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities: Assist in the implementation of regulatory requirements, including payments and AML.
Support day-to-day compliance activities and participate in various projects.
Help maintain and update compliance policies and procedures.
Contribute to the development of a risk-based compliance monitoring plan.
Monitor regulatory changes and assist in communicating their impact to the business.
Participate in compliance training sessions and help prepare regulatory reports.
Support the broader risk management framework.
Skills: Basic understanding of FCA regulations and AML is a plus but not essential.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
