Job Summary We are looking for a passionate and proactive natural science graduate with an outgoing personality to join us in this newly created position. In this dynamic role, you will work closely with the CEO to support our commercial activities, build and maintain relationships with customers, and help promote Evoralis across various platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to learn the ropes and grow with the organisation.
This is a hybrid position, but you must be based near Cambridge or Oxford and be willing to travel for meetings and events.
Key Responsibilities Market Research: Identify and evaluate potential partner companies in textiles, recycling, and related industries to expand Evoralis' reach. Customer Relationship Management: Support the CEO in building relationships, from initial outreach to ongoing communication, ensuring excellent customer engagement. Event Planning and Representation: Research and recommend venues, events, and conferences where Evoralis can present. Attend these events with the CEO to represent the company and engage with stakeholders. Social Media Management: Plan and create engaging content for the company's social media channels, driving awareness of Evoralis' mission and achievements. Website Updates: Ensure the company's website remains up to date with impactful and relevant content. Collaboration and Growth: Work closely with the CEO and the wider team, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to Evoralis' mission to transform the textile industry. Required Skills and Traits A proactive self-starter with strong research and organisational skills. Outgoing and confident, comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships with people at all levels. Interest in sustainability and a willingness to learn about the textile and recycling industries. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
