Junior Clerk + PA to Head of Chambers Due to rapid growth Chancery Court Tax Chambers (CCTC) are seeking to recruit a Junior Clerk to assist their team and act as personal assistant to the Head of Chambers.
Company Description CCTC is a boutique tax chambers located in Gray's Inn Square, London.
We provide UK and international tax and wealth structuring advice to high and ultra-high net worth individuals, business owners, banks, trustees, trust companies, funds, and entrepreneurs.
With over 20 years of experience, CCTC specialises in advising clients in situations where confidentiality and privacy are paramount.
Our expertise extends from traditional sources of wealth, such as residential and commercial property and family trading businesses, to cutting-edge technologies like Blockchain and derivative crypto-funds.
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Clerk and PA to Head of Chambers at CCTC.
You will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks and personal assistance to the Head of Chambers such as: Deal with incoming mail and deliveries and coordinate the pick-up and delivery of mail and couriers.
Arranging flights and travel itinerary.
Maintaining records Book hospitality and private engagements Printing / scanning documents Assisting with general office duties eg.
making sure stationary stock is full The Junior Clerk will work directly with the other clerks, as well as part of a larger team of legal and financial professionals, to ensure the smooth running of chambers and the Head of Chamber's personal / professional arrangements.
Skills & Qualifications Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
A positive attitude Prior experience in a legal or financial setting is a plus.
Problem solving skills.
Pay Level Competitive up to £32,000 dependent on experience, plus discretionary bonus.
