Junior Business Analyst - ( Hybrid London) Job Description We're looking for someone smart and ambitious to join our Product team.
You will operationally support our Product Managers as we build premium quality sports betting products.

So, to match their service to their sports betting customers, we will be operating a 24/7 service by the end of 2024.
As a consequence, this role will become part of a shift system during the second half of the year, with some Saturday work, with a day off in the week.

Your day-to-day We work closely together - we support each other but expect to be challenged daily, too.
Every day you will collaborate with Product Managers, Trading, and Engineers. A brand new role is being created within the Metric Gaming Product Team at a very exciting time in our journey.
Operational Support: You will support Product Managers with their requirements gathering and story writing.
In addition, you will support the planning and communications for all product initiatives.
Feed Analysis: You will develop a strong understanding of our third-party feeds and assist with configuration setup.
Process and System Analysis: You'll analyse business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement, optimisation, and automation, as well as analyse data to uncover trends and patterns that can inform strategic decision-making.
Continuous Improvement Advocacy: You'll promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and recommending enhancements to processes and systems.
Research and Development : You will undertake research into operators, features, suppliers, competitors and territories.
This work will feed into strategic decision-making.
