Junior Business Analyst

We seek to join our Dexian team embedded in a major international bank in London a junior business analyst with one to three years of experience.
This is a full-time, hybrid employment role.

As the ideal candidate you should demonstrate experience in one or more aspects of banking organizational, application related, and other operational processes and procedures that develop proposals for change or enhancement.
You should demonstrate aptitude in analysis in a project related environment.
Key Responsibilities include information-gathering activities such as surveying, analysis and evaluating processes, products and services, by using a variety of internal and/or external data and documenting as-is and to-be processes and business requirements documents.
