We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Junior Bid Writer.
This role is perfect for someone with a passion for research, content development, and document management, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.What you will achieve: Research and Analysis: Dive deep into client requirements, industry trends, and competitor analysis to gather crucial insights for bids.
Learn from past bids to understand how to best address clients' questions.
Content Development: Assist in crafting compelling bids, from executive summaries to technical responses, methodologies, ensuring clarity, conciseness, and alignment with client needs.
Document Management: Organize and maintain bid documents, including templates, proposals, and reference materials.
Collaborate with various teams across the business to ensure accuracy and relevance in bid submissions.
Quality Assurance: Review bid documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client requirements and company standards.
Conduct quality checks to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in content, formatting, and messaging.
Deadline Management: Manage multiple bids simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.

Together, we're stronger.Who are we looking for?As a Junior Bid Writer, you'll work closely with senior bid writers to produce high-quality bids, often managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines.
You will need to be organised with a strong attention as well as having excellent communication skills.
We are particularly welcoming applications from individuals with the following:Proficiency in Microsoft packagesExceptional organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to thrive under pressure and navigate ambiguityBachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field.1-2 years of bid writing experienceFamiliarity with bid writing processes and best practicesA proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to proofread and edit documents effectively.If you're ready to take your writing skills to the next level and make a significant impact in the bidding process, apply now to join our team!
