Role description and purpose Reporting to the VP Innovation and Strategy, the Junior Analyst – Technology Evaluation will support our New Assets Evaluation team.
This team plays a crucial role in bringing new radiopharmaceutical products into our company's pipeline, ensuring that our offerings remain at the forefront of scientific and technological advancements.
The Junior Analyst – Technology Evaluation will be highly organized and detail-oriented, supporting the team through organizing meetings (including with external parties), record keeping, data analysis and metrics reports.
This role will also support Blue Earth R&D project teams for existing products in the company pipeline with compiling competitive intelligence reports .
The role will involve collaboration with Blue Earth colleagues and several Bracco teams.
Main Responsibilities, Activities, Duties and Tasks New Product Opportunity Data Analysis and Reporting: Support the preparation of metrics reports by analyzing data related to technology evaluations.
Generate insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.
Support the Associate Director/Director(s) Technology Evaluation and Associate Director/Director(s) Business Development with database searching and analysis.
Support the New Assets Evaluation Team with indexing and analysis of 3rd party datarooms.
Support for Existing Product Development: Compile competitive intelligence reports to assist Blue Earth R&D teams in understanding the scientific competitive landscape.
Gather and analyze data on competitors' products, technologies, and market positioning.
Provide insights to support strategic decisions related to radiopharmaceutical product development and positioning.
Confidentiality Agreements Management: Coordinate the arrangement and management of confidentiality agreements with third parties.
Ensure confidentiality agreements are in place before the exchange of sensitive information.
Data Management: Oversee the storage, organization, and retention of data related to technology evaluations.
Ensure that data is stored securely and is accessible to relevant team members.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal and external data management policies.
Meeting Coordination and Documentation: Organize and schedule meetings for the New Assets Evaluation team.
Prepare agendas, take detailed meeting minutes, and track actions and decisions.
Follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
Communication As a representative of Blue Earth, responsible for clear and confident communication with external parties and effective stakeholder management.
Training Ensure compliance with BED's Standard Operating Procedures.
Education Educated to at least degree level, in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related discipline.
Professional Experience, Knowledge & Technical Skills Previous experience or internships as a Junior Analyst in technology evaluation, business development, or a related area in the pharmaceutical or radiopharmaceutical industry.
Must have a good understanding of cancer biology and recent developments in cancer diagnostics and therapy.
Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with relevant software tools (e.g., PowerPoint and Excel).
