Job Responsibilities: Supporting the investment team in all aspects of equity research including: Collecting data and materials needed to perform the research function and developing knowledge of different industries in which the strategy invests. Research and analysis of companies and industries globally. Building and maintaining financial models. Stay informed about market trends, opportunities, risks and new investment products. Preparing regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) on the portfolio holdings and watch list. Other tasks that arise from time to time that help the investment team perform their duties. Job Requirements: Skills & Experience 1-4 years relevant experience. Passionate about investing and financial markets. Strong mathematical and analytical skills. Desire to learn and develop. Team player with a strong work ethic. Self-starter and self-managed. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (including VBA). Knowledge of programming in python or other languages is a significant plus. Understanding of and passion about investing is a must. CFA/CPA/ACA is a plus. Fluent in English with good communication skills. British citizen or a settled UK worker (with right to work in the UK). Pay & Benefits: Full Time Working 4 days/week from our office in London and 1 day from home, subject to successful completion of probationary period. Salary: GBP 50,000 to 65,000 negotiable (DOE) + bonus. Bonus: based on individual and company performance. Life insurance, Critical illness cover, Income protection. Other benefits.
