Key Responsibilities: Nurture and develop strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Be responsible for the management of client portfolios, supporting client onboarding and service optimisation.
• Attend regular team meetings and 121's with line manager Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions that align with client needs.
Monitor client feedback and performance metrics to maintain service excellence.
Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and contribute to sales strategies.
Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in account management or a related client-facing role.
Full business travel Industry knowledge.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in maintaining client records and managing data.
A proactive approach and problem-solving mindset.
