The role is home-based, and you will be provided with a laptop and full training and excellent communication with the management team.
You will be responsible for managing existing client accounts, including; Day-to-day communication Coordinating campaigns Meeting deadlines Engaging with suppliers Issue resolution You will be responsible for onboarding new clients You will: Have 1-2 years of experience in account management Take ownership of client accounts and excel in engaging in client communication Be people-oriented and enjoy connecting with and engaging with clients from all over the world.
Be comfortable using web-based tech platforms and have a good understanding of how they work Be a quick learner Why work for our client?
