Responsibilities Research and identify potential clients, markets, and opportunities to drive business growth.
Generate leads through outreach activities, including email, phone calls, and social media.
Qualify leads to ensure alignment with the company's target audience and offerings.
Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospective clients and senior sales representatives.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of lead interactions in CRM systems.
Work closely with the sales team to support the development of effective strategies and pitches.
Stay informed about industry trends and company products/services to effectively communicate value to prospects.
Qualifications Recent graduate ready to launch a career in business development.
0 to 3 years of sales experience (B2B experience is a plus but not required).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and develop new skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage.
