Details: Salary: Days - £11.62 Nights - £12.12 Working Hours : Day shift: 06:00 - 14:00 Afternoon shift: 14:00-22:00 Night shift: Monday (night) to Saturday morning 22:00 - 06:00 Location: Europa Worldwide Group, Midlands Logistics Park, Unit 2, Plantation Lane, Corby, NN18 8JY Duration: Ongoing What you will be doing as Warehouse Administrator: Amending orders on the WMS, wave previous order dates using various order templates Supporting stock checks as requested.
Investigate stock discrepancies via PI checks Completing schedules detailing what time driver arrives/if delivery does not arrive Reading reports and investigating failing orders escalating through the correct process as necessary Directing drivers to the correct areas of the yard such as the bay and sign paperwork if refused or missing Processing returns Liaising with external contract administrators to minimise errors and resolve administrative queries Liaising with goods in departments when deliveries arrive or to help resolve queries Maintaining spreadsheets and databases with accurate information Our Ideal Warehouse Administrator Previous experience in a fast-paced logistics environment Strong administrative skills Proven ability to prioritise workload according to time windows A quick learner with excellent organisation and communication skills Previous experience using a WMS / administering stock allocation & delivery schedules Benefits of working with us as a Logistics Administrator: 28 Holidays per year Weekly Pay Pension Scheme Mortgage references Temp to Perm opportunity Subsidised canteen Engagement events This is an amazing opportunity if you are looking for Warehouse Administrators jobs in Corby Sign your contract with Job&Talent for some great working benefits and professional stability.
