Shift Patterns: Day shift: 06:00 - 14:30 any 5 from 7 Night shift: 22:00 - 06:00 any 5 from 7 These roles are FULL-TIME ONLY.
With these roles, a degree of flexibility is expected.
Pay Rates Day shift: £12.47 per hour (£15.58 per overtime hour) Night shift: £13.60 per hour (£17 per overtime hour) OVERTIME PAID AFTER 42 WORKED HOURS As a Production Operative, you will need to have: Great sense of time keeping.
Reliability is key.
Previous experience is not necessary as full training will be provided.
Ability to travel to Moulton Park Industrial Estate, Northampton NN3 6RX .
Role of a Production Operative: Ensure that the correct ingredients are placed in the correct position.
Follow all Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) to ensure that we work in a safe working environment.
Store/stack food in designated containers and storage areas.
This role involves some degree of lifting, pushing, and pulling.
Support your team and enjoy working in a clean safe and friendly environment.
