Supporting the work of the Jeweller since 2006 Jewellery Administrator The role Jewellery Administrator (P/T) Greenspark Wilmslow, Cheshire We are a well established fine jewellery, diamond and gemstone manufacturer and wholesaler based near Manchester Airport.
As Jewellery Manufacturers and Diamond & Gemstone Merchants we have the resources available to scour the world markets for our stock selection and for our customers individual requirements.
With an expansion plan in place we are now looking for a bright and motivated individual to join our small team on a full time basis as a Jewellery Administrator.
About the Job Role involves the following as a guideline: Basic every day admin Recording post received and processing outgoing post daily Responding to customer emails, taking phonecalls & messages Managing stock and customer orders placed and liasing with suppliers and workshops Organising and labelling incoming stock Data input on computerised stock control system About the Candidate An ideal candidate would have the following: Excellent communication skills Fluent in English both speaking and writing Competent computer skills, especially Excel Jewellery background Attention to detail Ability to work under pressure Hours 9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday.
Contract Permanent, full time.
Salary Salary is no bar for right candidate.
