Java Software Engineer

Java Full Stack Developer Java 17, Jira, SQL Bournemouth or Glasgow We're looking for a talented Full Stack Developer with exceptional Java 17 skills, Microservices and SQL .
The contract is working for an Investment Bank and can be based in either Bournemouth or Glasgow (the role is onsite, 5 days per week).
You'll be working alongside a Scrum master to analyse and implement stores in Jira and pushing through to UAT for sign off.
Some support will be required post production and you'll be working on the Jira backlog Core Skills: Java 17 and Spring Micro-service design patterns SQL and data modelling Application, data, and infrastructure architecture Architecture and design across all systems React JS, Redux or HTML5, CSS3 Frontend testing tools like Jest Cloud native development Data streaming and messaging frameworks Kafka, Spark Distributed tracing and monitoring Zipkin, OpenTracing, Prometheus, ELK stack, Micrometer metrics Containers Docker, Kubernetes, Helm Automating deployment, releases and testing in CI/CD pipelines
