Java Developer (Edv Cleared)

My client is a global leading Digital Consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption and Digital Transformations.
The primary office location is in Cheltenham/Gloucestershire (among others but Cheltenham is preferred), offering a hybrid working policy of 3 days onsite + ad hoc client site travel when required.
They are looking for a Mid-Senior Java Developer to join a rapidly growing team and will be primarily responsible for; We work at the cutting edge of the public sector, tackling some of the UK Government's most complex problems.

As a Java Engineer, you'll be an integral part of our team, helping us create innovative cloud-ready solutions that will truly make a difference.
Participate in agile software development practices, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our team's processes and help us become more efficient.
Identify opportunities for improvement and propose innovative solutions to keep our client ahead of the curve.
Meet project deadlines and achieve company objectives, helping us bring our mission to life Main requirements; Must hold active eDV Clearance Coding experience in object-oriented languages such as Java, TypeScript or C# Familiarity with front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others Self-motivated and able to show initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Availability to work in the office at least 3 days a week, with the possibility of increased days depending on workload
