Main duties of the job Key in facilitating a seamless discharge from hospital to home Completion of home risk assessments to ensure suitability of the home for clinical procedures You will be visiting patients in their own homes undertaking the administration of intravenous medications, including parenteral nutrition and outpatient antibiotic therapies You will be fundamental in empowering patients/carers to train to full independence with managing their own care In this role you will be responsible for advocating for your patients About us At Bionical Health, we value having a diverse workforce and welcome applications from anyone able to demonstrate their suitability for the role.

Job description Job responsibilities IV Community NursePermanent, full-time£38,800 per annum, inclusive of car allowance, plus mileage paid on top Person Specification Qualifications Essential A Registered General Nurse with current NMC qualifications You will have excellent communication skills as a lone practitioner working closely with your senior nurse and Nurse Manager You will need to be confident in managing your own workload with excellent time management skills, adhering to patient's 2 hour visit window times.
Confident in escalation of any clinical or emergency situations.
Flexibility to travel is essential.
Community or TPN experience is an advantage, but not essential as we provide full training.
1 year post qualification dependant on experience.
