As the Technical Design Authority and Product Owner for ServiceNow interfaces - from Virtual Agents to Portals and Mobile Apps - you'll be the architect behind a seamless, powerful platform, setting new standards for data quality and consistency through the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
Leading a global team of 36 top ServiceNow professionals, you'll step into a hands-on technical leadership role, shaping integration strategies and driving transformation projects that don't just align with the client's vision but push it forward.
Proven experience delivering large-scale ServiceNow transformation projects Deep expertise in ServiceNow, particularly in data modelling, configuration, and platform architecture Strong understanding of data management principles, data modelling, and data governance ServiceNow Certifications (Administration and Implementation Specialist in at least 10 modules) Proficiency in ITSM and ITIL processes, with Certified ITIL v4 Foundation or higher certifications Knowledge of architectural frameworks like TOGAF 9+, IT4IT, and the Scrum (Agile) development process Solid grasp of ETL processes, data integration, and relational databases Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex data requirements and propose effective ServiceNow solutions Extensive understanding of IT infrastructure and its integration with ServiceNow Benefits Package: Car Allowance : £7,500 Long-Term Incentive Shares : 10% Annual Bonus : 18% Increasing to 36% based on company performance Annual Leave : 25 days + Public Holidays + purchase an additional 10 days Healthcare : Bupa Medical Insurance Pension : 12% Matched Contribution Relocation Package : Principal ServiceNow Architect
