Italian Speaking Executive Assistant

A leading global company are currently looking for an Italian Executive Assistant to support their Executive Leader.
This role will be office-based and any candidates applying must be willing to work in their office.
However, you must be flexible as there could be occasional weekend/evenings work if needed.
Coupled with prior EA experience, you will be a natural organiser and planner who is comfortable working independently and in a team.
Key Responsibilities Extensive diary management, travel arrangements and personal administration for the senior executives Preparing the daily schedules whilst ensuring deadlines are being followed through Expense monitoring, filing and managing Ad-hoc duties when required, dealing with deliveries, purchases and other office administration tasks Requirements Fluent in Italian Significant experience as an Executive Assistant Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Exceptional communication and time management skills Flexibility to travel occasionally Park Street People Ltd is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
