Ingredient Quality: Ensure all ingredients are fresh, high-quality, and prepared to kosher standards.
Kitchen Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment, following all health and safety guidelines.
Collaboration: Work closely with their bakery team to manage stock, plan menus, and coordinate on any cross-over items.
