They are now looking for an experienced IT Technician to join their team based in Middlesborough.
The successful candidate will be reporting to the System Development Manager and will be providing technical support, instruction & supervision to students & staff, Position Overview Providing assistance to other IT staff on specific projectsEnsure the IT infrastructure is maintained, secure and operational at all timesProviding guidance, technical support and supervision of IT Hardware and softwarePreparation & setting-up all IT Equipment – Provide first line maintenance & user support / trainingMonitoring health and safety, ordering stock control.
Maintain CCTV & Control systems / Telephony & mobile systemsLiaise with suppliers / provide training of staff in use of applications Carrying out installations & virus detections May have to occasionally travel to Hartlepool site Position Requirements Qualification in IT or a related SubjectProfessional IT accreditation e.g MCSE, MCSA, MCITP (desirable)Experience of working with relevant IT applications & networks Microsoft Windows & Office KnowledgeCreative Cloud & Active Directory (desirable)Wiling to deliver hours flexibly according to needGood analytic skills Organisation & ability to work with own initiativeSystematic in approach to supporting systems Position Remuneration Monday to Friday 37hrs a week Salary £23,000 – £26,000 DOEPension Scheme25 days holiday including bank holidayParking on SiteMore benefits to be discussed
