Workplace Technology Specialists Exeter £24,250 Site Based Responsibilities and duties Communicate proactively with managed service provider and staff regarding the status of their support requests and any relevant updates.
Install, move, or remove workplace technology equipment.
Assist with Workplace Technology projects.
Manage and maintain the Video Conferencing Equipment.
Manage, maintain, and issue mobile phones.
Monitor monthly Azure platform reporting and flag any concerns i.e.
increased cost or usage.
Document Workplace Technology processes and procedures.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in the field of IT support, and recommend relevant innovations for adoption.
Inventory management of hardware and software assets, including tracking serial numbers, licenses, and warranties.
Provide workplace technology support for Situ inhouse events e.g.
quarterly comms events.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in the field of workplace technology.
Stay updated on cybersecurity threats and best practices.
