It Technician

Job DescriptionMy client is a well-established IT firm who offers highly effective, reliable and affordable IT for businesses across the UK, and have been doing this since 2002.
They are now looking for an enthusiastic and motivated 1st/2nd Line Support Technician to join their team based in Hampshire.
The successful candidate will need to have at-least two years experience working in an IT Technician role and should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Position Requirements: Manage and support the SME clients IT hardware & networksAttend client sites within Hampshire, Sussex & Surrey (Pool car is provided)To provide remote and telephone-based supportBuild rapport with existing and new clientsProvide first class technical support to client accounts at all timesAbility to keep up with new technology and knowledge Position Requirements Clean Driving License – EssentialIdeally 2+ years experience in an IT Support roleWorking knowledge of Microsoft server 2003 to date (Mac & Citrix preferred)Able to work productively within a team of 8Previous experience with supporting IT support networks and varying clients account Position Remuneration Monday to Friday£26,000 – 35,000 DOEExtra days holiday for length of service: 1 extra paid holiday per 2 yearsBirthday off paidCan buy up to 5 extra days holiday per year 2 full volunteering days per yearDay off for your child s first day at school50% paid up to £100 for one off physical challenge events Gym attendance is paid up to 50% per monthCareer Progression
