Requirements CompTIA A+ or similar IT service desk related qualification. At least 3 years of experience weaving your magic as an IT leader. Deep expertise in Microsoft cloud technologies, particularly Azure and SharePoint. A proven track record of success with Microsoft Intune for device management and security. A profound understanding of corporate networks and their intricate workings. Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, allowing you to navigate any challenge elegantly.
