3-4 days a week on site - Yorkshire Key Responsibilities:Provide first-line technical support to end-users.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems.Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory.Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.Document and track issues using a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution.Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of user satisfaction.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience in a similar IT support role.Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Active Directory.Experience with ERP systems.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
