As a IT Support Consultant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities: As an IT Support Consultant Trainee, you will be responsible for the following: Providing exceptional customer service through phone, web, and email support.
Solving a wide range of technical issues for users with varying levels of technical knowledge.
Managing a demanding workload while adhering to SLAs.
Collaborating with third parties and logging tickets for vendor support and warranty claims.
Researching and proactively communicating updates to clients.
Identifying and preventing recurring issues.
Managing changes with minimal risk to the client's operations.
Possessing experience within Office 365 and the MS Office Suite.
Knowledge of Active Directory and on-premises Microsoft Exchange solutions.
Qualifications: A passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow your career.
A qualification, or college level course/ a degree in computer science, IT or related field is preferred, but not essential   We welcome candidates of all backgrounds and experiences to apply for this role.
