It Support Technician

IT Support Technician Hybrid We are seeking a technically hands-on IT Support Technician to join our client at an exciting time, providing essential support for their core products ( IT, infrastructure, and Telco ) across the UK.
Role Overview: As part of their MSP support desk, you'll manage a range of products including Gamma Horizon, Unified Communications, Connectivity, mobile airtime, remote desktop support, and Microsoft 365.
Key responsibilities include: Managing support tickets and ensuring SLAs are met.
Communicating updates during incidents and bridging gaps between customers and technical teams.
Supporting sales teams and identifying new opportunities.
Required Skills: 2+ years' experience in technical support.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with remote desktop support, Microsoft 365, Intune, networking, firewalls, and telecommunications systems.
Familiarity with UC/Horizon configuration, WLR, and connectivity setup.
