It Support Technician

The Role - IT Support Technician 2nd / 3rd Line Providing 1st line technical support to users by, monitoring and prioritizing, user requests using our IT helpdesk system, ensuring all user tickets are assigned, responded to and closed off within SLA.
Duties and responsibilities include: Diagnosing software and hardware problems, as well as undertaking repairs and upgrades.
Monitoring alerts and acting as first response, escalating where required.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft technologies, M365 and Hybrid Azure AD Computer, Tablet, and mobile phone builds, rebuilds and configuration.
Previous experience with Intune and MDM desirable Desktop support - Windows 10/11.
Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other core infrastructure services.
Previous experience with ticketing systems and understanding of ITIL framework and supporting end users remotely via RMM.
Configuring and supporting firewalls, LAN/WAN, and WLAN throughout the company.
Travel to other offices throughout the UK is required on occasion.
Confidence in supporting end users both remotely and onsite.
Personal development and seeking to continuing improvement.
Previous experience supporting VIOP applications.
