Our client is a small, friendly but dedicated IT support company based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire, and they're looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Technician to join their close-knit team.
As part of a small team, your work will make a real difference to local businesses, so they're looking for someone with great attention to detail and the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
You'll need to feel comfortable speaking to clients over the phone, as well as writing both client-friendly responses and technical documentation for internal and external use.
This is an in-office role, so applicants must be able to commute to their St Ives office daily.
