Role Description This is a contract role for an IT Support Specialist located on-site in UK.
The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for technical support, troubleshooting, desktop computer maintenance, information technology assistance, and help desk support.

Qualifications 1.
Good knowledge about device deployment
2.
Managing and organizing the incoming and outgoing emails.

3.
Attention to detail
4.
Effective communication and email handling
5.
Excellent knowledge in MS Office Suites
6.
MIS Reporting
7.
Maintain the New/used device inventory
8.
Mid-level Intune knowledge
9.
Basic troubleshooting on build process (Not mandatory)
10.
Track in and out of the devices at WH
11.
Complete Knowledge on Asset Transfer.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
