You will be helping the IT infrastructure and employee-related IT Support cases for all of NEP offices and employees.
Position Responsibilities Operate & maintain all corporate computer systems and cloud environmentPerform systems and security monitoring Regular data and operating system backups, patches and software updatesConfigure, deploy and maintain local and remote IT equipmentAssist deployments of new hardware and software solutionsAssist with the planning, documentation and execution of IT projectsProvide 1st and 2nd line support to employeesEnsure IT tasks are completed within the SLA Position Requirements Minimum of 2 years in an IT Support roleMicrosoft, Adobe knowledgeCitrix knowledge – not essential Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems LAN/WAN Technologies Active Directory & Group Policy knowledgeVoIP Management and Apple MAC OS is a bonusExcellent communication & customer service skills Able to use own initiative and deliver superior service Position Remuneration Monday to Friday Salary £30,000 – 35,000 DOE 23 days holiday plus bank holidaysMedical, dental and vision coveragePension SchemeDiscount programs and Life insuranceCareer progressionMany other benefits discussed at interview stag
