We're a well established vehicle preparation business, working with leading automotive brands and groups across the UK.
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist who's ready to take ownership of IT security, asset management, and process improvements—all while embracing the varied nature of our business, where everyone chips in.
This hybrid role, offers the chance to make a real impact by supporting our team both remotely and on-site as needed (Basildon).
What You'll Do Manage IT support tickets (1st/2nd line) Responsible for IT Asset distribution and prep Take charge of IT security initiatives  Provide troubleshooting and technical support  Contribute to process improvements and implement impactful ideas  Ideal Candidate Experienced in IT support, security best practices, and Office 365 environments  Excited to take initiative, manage varied tasks, and make an impact  Commutable to our Basildon office for occasional in-office support  How We Will Support You Provide ongoing training and support within IT Security and Domain Adminstration Facilitate and support your personal career growth within IT (Training budget) Make a meaningful impact on our business through the implementation of new ideas/processes Path to develop your career within IT Ready to help shape our IT landscape?
