It Support Officer

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Officer to join our team.
The successful candidate will provide 1st line technical support and advice on IT systems and applications to the council and its partners.
The role involves responding to IT service requests and incidents, ensuring they are logged, resolved, or escalated in a timely and efficient manner.
Additionally, the IT Support Officer will assist in the delivery of IT projects and initiatives as required.
This post is for IT Support Officer – Grade 6 – 37 hours per week.
You will be an integral member of the team working to provide an excellent service to employees, managers and customers.
