Precisely manage and monitor inventory to maintain accuracy and availability.
Coordinate effectively with other stores and warehouses to source necessary parts and accessories.
Provide fast, reliable service to meet customer needs and maintain satisfaction.
Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience in laptop and computer repair.
Familiarity with meeting service level agreements and adhering to quality standards.
Desirable: Experience with tablet or smartphone repairs.
