Venn Group IT Support Consultant SC Cleared 12-month+ Contract Hybrid – Dorset Outside IR35 (£400-£500 DOE) Our client urgently require an IT Support Engineer to join them on a long-term term contract.
This is an excellent opportunity to join the team working on a crucial defence programme.
Responsibilities: Work on specifically built and build new laptops when required, ensuring that all laptops are secure to OS level, configuration of VPN and installing MDM Provide infrastructure guidance and support on upcoming builds and projects Install, maintain and support several defence applications Creation of Users in Active Directory Skills Required: Experience working on MoD Communications and Information Services (CIS) Knowledge of Linux architectures and use of CLI Experience building, managing, installing and securing laptops/machines Understanding of AI use cases and LLM functionality Desired Skills: Kubernetes experience Networking experience (CCNA Level) Cloud Architecture (Azure/Oracle) Ex-signals/Ex-RAF Technical Support would be highly desirable If you are intersted in the position please contact Chloe Bailey - ******/01179308760
