They are looking for a First Line Support Technician to join the team and ensure smooth IT operations by providing essential support staff.

The Role: Provide first-line IT support Manage the user lifecycle Handle IT helpdesk tickets The Candidate: Previous experience with Active Directory Knowledge of MS Office, Office 365, and Windows 10/11 Friendly and approachable with good communication skills The Package: Base salary: £25,000
