About the Role: You'll provide remote technical support to the company's external clients while being involved in a variety of hands-on projects.
Your responsibilities will include: Resolving and escalating support tickets.
Contributing to major projects such as upgrades, rollouts, and migrations.
Conducting technical research to develop tailored client solutions.
Logging and updating IT support issues.
Participating in technical training and professional development.
