As an established and expanding IT Services company, we are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our growing team dedicated to delivering a professional and polished service.
You will be working from our modern offices in a rural setting on the outskirts of Chester (just off the A55) As a key person within the team infrastructure no two days will be the same and you will have input to a wide variety of projects.

What will you be doing?
Liaising with clients and providing on-site support, installations, maintenance and upgrades Installation and maintenance/testing of Cat 5/6 cabling Hosted VOIP setup & installations including roll out of phone systems, handsets and door entry systems (3cx, Yeastar) Installations of networking equipment Responding to faults and replacing equipment Installation, Servicing and Upgrading of IT products and services Working hours Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm Part of 24/7 on call rota Occasional requirement to attend our datacentres in Chester and Leeds Continuous learning, undertake training on bespoke software and hardware partnerships that the company has As a customer focused business, we are looking for our field engineers to be a representation of the company culture always ensuring we are offering the customer what is best for their needs and requirements Skills and experience we are looking for; Previous experience within a similar role within an MSP environment Experience installing hosted VoIP including 3cx, Yeastar Experience with Microsoft cloud-based services, including 365, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams and MS Office Suite Networking/Routing/Firewall experience Project experience of network design, implementation and troubleshooting Full clean driving license to be driving the company vehicle, at times you may need to use your own vehicle, mileage can be reclaimed Why do you want to work for us?
