It Support Engineer (Korean Speaking) - Ftc 12 Months

Methods are currently looking for a IT Support Engineer with Endpoint experience for a 12 Month Fixed-term Contract.
You Will: Provide technical support for Endpoint solution Regular system maintenance and implementation (Delete leavers, Remove mass old data, Update and patch, etc.)
Security scan for client's system and network and report Gathering information and delivering and educating information to subsidiaries by receiving business instructions Backup of operation management for system Reporting Periodic reports and issues reports Produce on-time resolution ratio for customer's request SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES: Fluent Korean and English to liaise between HQ and Customers.
MS Windows (for Server OS and PC OS) skills be able to troubleshoot software problems in Windows OS Ability to analyze logically to resolve technical issues.
