IT Support Engineer - Hybrid, Redhill - £28-32K Are you a proactive IT professional with a passion for delivering high-quality support?
A managed service provider (MSP) based in Redhill is looking for a talented IT Support Engineer to join their team.
With a mix of remote and in-office work, this role offers flexibility while providing exceptional client service.
This is a position where you will be working closely with the IT Director and owner of business, so will gain access to his knowledge and be heavily involved in exciting projects.
What You'll Do: Provide 2nd line support to clients, resolving technical issues effectively and efficiently.
Work closely with other team members to deliver seamless IT solutions and meet SLAs.
Support various client environments, including Windows and Mac OS, Office 365, and VoIP systems.
Conduct routine maintenance, system updates, and troubleshooting.
Any experience across Networking, Connectivity provision / support, Documentation and client facing experience is desirable What You'll Bring: Previous experience in IT support, ideally in a Customer facing or MSP environment.
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows OS, Azure, Office 365, and network connectivity.
Any Project experience across Cloud Projects, Migrations or system sets ups.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple client requests.
