An Excellent opportunity for an Experienced Computer Engineer to join a well-established company in Leeds Our company is looking for a full-time computer engineer to join our friendly and expanding team.
The position will involve working mostly from our office in LS7 and being mobile and visiting Clients at their home or business addresses.
Applicants MUST be able to commute to LS7 daily.
Whilst formal qualifications are not required, the below skills are essential: Excellent knowledge of Windows and Office products Experience with Windows and Apple OS troubleshooting Experience with the Microsoft 365 admin centre Office 365 / Azure PC build and install Full clean UK Driving Licence essential Show evidence of at least 2 years IT employment Working well within a team, confident to ask questions of co-workers Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to work well in a high-pressure environment Be able to work proactively and on your own initiative Be proactive when dealing with customers and take ownership of issues Daily duties would be: Troubleshooting common computer issues Liaising with Business and Residential Clients Problem-solving complex IT issues Answering phone calls Provide onsite assistance to customers Using online ticketing systems Benefits Include: Uniform Provided Onsite Parking Bonus Scheme Paid breaks Additional 2 days Holiday per year Above all, we are looking for an excellent communicator, with a presentable appearance and the ability to show confidence to our Clients.
