Job Title: IT Support Engineer Location: Carrickfergus Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our team.
The ideal candidate will provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth IT operations within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities: - Provide support to resolve technical issues for end-users.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.
- Monitor system performance and perform regular updates.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to improve processes and solutions.
- Document support processes and create knowledge base articles.
Requirements: - Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications) are a plus.
