It Support Analyst

Following a significant digital transformation, we are seeking to recruit two IT Systems Support Analysts/User Support Analysts to join our growing team initially on a 12 month fixed term contract.

As one of a small team of IT Systems Support Analysts you will be responsible for:- Working collaboratively across all our services to provide exceptional delivery of our IT Roadmap.
IT access in the company, including setting up of new users Supporting the implementation of our IT Systems Providing system support including management of users and reporting issues User training for systems and basic IT Skills Maintaining training manuals Monitoring the use of systems to ensure they are being used effectively and provide support where necessary UAT of upgrades and fixes Working closely with the Personalised Technology Co-ordinator for rolling out Assistive Technology If you possess a combination of some of the following skills, then LETS TALK!
Previous experience providing 1st/2nd line IT Support Experience supporting IT systems and applications Office 365 support and user management Sharepoint Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written What you'll get in return In return, you will be rewarded with ongoing training and development in a hybrid environment based in the office 3 days a week.
